You can obtain Alan Page’s autograph and help Minnesota’s youth at the same time!

For autographed memorabilia requests:  Send your fan item along with the corresponding donation amount below.

  • $30 for a football card or anything smaller (i.e. sticker, medal)
  • $40 for a mini-helmet or an 8×10 photograph
  • $50 for a poster or bobble head doll
  • $60 for a jersey or large equipment such as a full-size football or helmet

Requests immediately denied:

  • NO CASH!  We are not responsible for any cash sent and lost via mail.
  • No fan memorabilia will be personalized (i.e. HOF, Hall of Fame, add names) for any reason(s)
  • No blank cards or surfaces will be signed
  • No requests for sitting/participating in public group signing events

How to send in your fan item(s) to get autographed.

Step 1: Identify where you want the autograph.

Include instructions on where you want the item signed if you have a specific location in mind.  We cannot guarantee the autograph will be in the requested location (i.e. Fan wants Alan to sign the base of a figurine that is very narrow and nearly impossible to sign).

 

Step 2: Purchase return postage label and shipping envelope.

Go to the shipping company of your choice and purchase a return postage label and shipping envelope. We will use that label to send your autographed item(s) back to you. Double check your name and address information. Make sure your name and contact information is legible. We will not sign or return any items that does not include a pre-paid postage label. Do not give us money to go purchase the label for you! It must already be included.

 

Step 3: Package fan item(s) with the following:

  • Fan item(s)
  • Your contribution along with your contact information, especially your phone number and email address.
  • Instructions on where you want the item signed if you have a specific location in mind.
  • Marker or pen that you would like the item signed with if you have a specific color in mind.
  • Return pre-paid postage label and shipping envelope.

 

Step 4: Send your package.

The fan assumes all risk and responsibility in the shipment and delivery of their item(s). The Page Education Foundation is not responsible for items damaged during mailing or shipping or items lost by the USPS or other shipping companies. The Page Education Foundation will not pick up or deliver fan items. If you are concerned about your item being lost in the mail, we recommend you purchase and provide postage with a tracking number.

The Page Education Foundation will not replace any lost or damaged items. If you are concerned about your item(s) being damaged, do not send it. We can not guarantee it will not be damaged during shipping.
