Tax Information for Sponsors:  Donations are recorded in the fiscal year (July 1-June 30) the gift is receive by our office. All sponsors are issued a receipt acknowledgement letter stating the total contribution value. Upon request, we can provide an estimated tax-deductible portion based on the previous year’s expenses. The actual fair market value for the current year will be available post-event. Sponsors declining event tickets must notify the Foundation upon pledging sponsorship.
